This immersive session is a relaxing, healing and recharging experience which features restorative yoga poses, reiki and sound healing. While you rest in specific yoga postures completely supported by props, you will be immersed in a tranquil soundscape of crystal singing bowls and chimes while receiving Reiki. Reiki is a gentle Japanese energy healing technique that directs spiritual energy to the recipient to promote balance and healing within.
